Intake

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water, ideally right after breakfast.

One box of Fertile+F is sufficient for one month.

You can start with the intake at any time. It doesn't matter if you just had your period or or if you had it a while ago.

The product should be taken for a period of at least four months, as eggs cells take between 3-4 months to mature and their quality depends, among other things, on the nutrients absorbed.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store the product protected from light, sealed, and out of reach of children.

How long should I take Fertile+F?

The product should be taken as directed for a minimum period of four months, as eggs require approximately 3-4 months for maturation, and their quality depends, among other factors, on the nutrients consumed.

Should both (women and men) take the products?

We recommend that both men (Fertile+M) and women (Fertile+F) take the products simultaneously if possible. Here you can find our combined supplement Fertile+Duo, which contains both products.

Exception: If the man has a flawless spermiogram, then it is sufficient for the woman to take Fertile+F.

I am pregnant. Should I continue taking Fertile+F?

Once you are pregnant, you can generally switch to Folify - our pregnancy supplement. If you still have an open blister pack of Fertile+F, you are welcome to finish it as well.

I got pregnant using Fertile+F, but I still have unopened packs left. What can I do with them?

We are happy to exchange unopened and undamaged packs for an equivalent voucher.

Should I take the variant with or without iodine?

For women who suffer from thyroid disease, we have developed a variant without iodine. Therefore, if you do not have any thyroid problems, we recommend the iodine-free variant.

What are the ingredients?

Does taking Fertile+F help with PCOS or endometriosis?

Fertile+F was not specifically developed for PCOS or endometriosis, but we have already received positive feedback from many women despite PCOS or endometriosis. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a pregnancy, but it is certainly worth a try.

How long is Fertile+F shelf-stable?
