Shipping

Upon receipt of your order confirmation email, we will prepare your order for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email, allowing you to track the status of your shipment at any time.

Within Germany, all packages are shipped using climate-neutral standard shipping with DHL GoGreen, with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions.

To ensure the best service outside of Germany, standard shipping for all packages to those destinations is carried out with Deutsche Post (shipment tracking available in all countries for an additional fee: International Tracked Goods).

For expedited shipping needs within Germany and the EU, we offer shipping via DHL Express. If you place your order Monday to Friday before 8 am, it will typically be handed over to the respective shipping service provider on the same day. We do not offer express Saturday delivery, so it is not included with the express shipping service we provide.

The prices listed on the website include statutory value-added tax and other price components.

Deliveries can only be made to addresses in the countries listed below. The shipping costs in the table provided below are calculated per delivery, regardless of the number of håvsund products ordered as part of an order:
