    Should both (woman and man) take the products?

    We recommend that both men (Fertile+M) and women (Fertile+F) take the products at the same time if possible. Here you can find our combined preparation Fertile+Duo, which contains both products.

    Exception: If the man has an error-free spermiogram, it is sufficient for the woman to take Fertile+F.

    What are the ingredients?

    Fertile+M: Selenium contributes to normal sperm formation and zinc to normal reproduction. Black pepper extract stimulates the libido and can have a positive influence on potency.
